1980-1989: Technical recruiting at Northrop Corporation; promoted to Supervisor, Staffing with as many as 7 direct reports. Oversaw high volume hiring for entire tenure at Northrop, including the hiring of 4,000 exempt employees in 36 month stretch.
1989-2001: Formed LLC and performed contingent placement, recruitment of technical contract employees and consultants, and began involvement in retained management searches. Completed over 3 dozen retained searches as a talent acquisition consultant and evolved company into a consultative business model.
2001: Formed Network Search Partners and established key partnerships with multiple principals and associates.
